- Build and establish selection criteria by identifying KPIs through local tournament and league statistics.

-Collaborate with MICHCA in selection process and provide technical, tactical and game sense training for potential Youth team players in order to develop specific plans and strategies.

-Follow a “plan, do, review” approach to improve player performances through video analysis for technical modification, match analysis for mental approach and performance standard.

-Ensured Women team success through one-to-one specialized training programs that led to Pakistan Women National team defeating West Indies in T20/ODI 2019 for the first time ever in Pakistan Woman Team’s history.
-Developed National Team Performance ranking system for central contract and established selection criteria for Pakistan National Women Team through orbit selection process.
CUSTOMS WOMEN CRICKET TEAM August 2016 – December 2017
